February 2022 Alumni Newsletter
Kindness Week at Nueva
Kindness Week (Feb. 14–18) is an annual tradition at the upper school, serving as an opportunity for students, faculty, and staff to share their appreciations of one another. We invite our alumni and parents of alumni community to join us this week in sharing their gratitude messages for our Nueva community or specific teachers and staff members. The Alumni Office will share messages with the appropriate individuals.

Photographed above is one of the many walls outside the Writing and Research Center (WRC) covered in envelopes ready to receive appreciations from upper school community members.

HELP NEEDED:
FTC ROBOTICS COMPETITION

Our middle school FIRST Tech Challenge team, Shark Bytes, is scheduled to participate in its final competition of the NorCal season on Sunday, Feb. 20. Unfortunately, the competition is at risk of being canceled because they do not have enough volunteer judges. If you're interested in supporting our Nueva Shark Bytes and their peers by serving as a judge, please email the Alumni Office at alumni@nuevaschool.org.

Please note, this is an all day event (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) and will be fully remote.
