All alumni and their parents are invited to
join us on Saturday, June 5, 2021 on the Hillsborough campus
to reconnect, renew, and celebrate the Nueva bond!
Alumni Reunion Schedule:
10:30 a.m. • Coed Alumni Soccer Game
4 p.m. • Community BBQ
To be mindful of event preparations, in early May we will consult with the San Mateo County Department of Health and Department of Education for advice on large gatherings.

NUEVA CUP:
CONGRATS TO OUR WINNERS
Thank you to all our alumni and parents of alumni who participated the 13th annual Nueva Cup Golf Tournament! Proceeds from the event support the alumni and athletics programs.
Congratulations to Chip Thomsen '18 for capturing the Alumni Flight, and to parent of alumni Alison Ross '11,'17 for winning the Women's Flight.

YOUNG ALUMNI:
JOIN US AT INTERSESSION
We are thrilled to announce all alumni from the Classes of 2017 to 2020 are invited to participate in our virtual Upper School Intersession. We have more than 40 sessions and activities specifically selected for alumni to participate in, and will kick off the week with our annual young alumni virtual luncheon on Tuesday, January 5.

INTERNSHIP PROGRAM:
SEEKING OPPORTUNITIES
The Upper School Internship Program needs your help! Each year, we seek the support of our community to provide summer internships for our 10th- through 12th-graders. These opportunities range from one to eight weeks, can be paid or unpaid, and are flexible to meet the needs of the organization.
Our students greatly benefit from these real-world experiences, and our partners consistently find value in Nueva students interning at their organizations. Do you work at a company, or know someone in your network who might benefit from a Nueva summer intern? Please help us connect with prospective employer partners by sending your leads to internships@nuevaschool.org.

VOLUNTEER:
ALUMNI GROUP LAUNCHING
We are grateful to all who have volunteered and are actively supporting our Nueva alumni community! We plan to officially launch a working group of alumni and parents of alumni to help further our initiatives and engage all Nuevans. We will host an introductory meeting this spring. Please stay tuned for more details in an upcoming newsletter.
